Krystsina is Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher and practitioner. Having several back injuries as a teenager, she discovered yoga as a way to relieve pain and find confidence to move the body free. This still influences the way she teaches and practices yoga - alignment and safety before going into advanced positions. Her classes are dynamic and challenging, but always balanced by smooth and deep stretching and mindful breathing.
