Since 2012, Angiliki has been on the yoga path – first with Ashtanga and its transformative daily practice. She later trained in Hatha Yoga, explored different styles, and studied with R. Sharath Jois in Mysore, India. Alongside yoga, she teaches Pilates to build strength, balance, and body awareness. In her classes, movement and breath become one, creating transformation inside and out. The result: more clarity, strength, and a new lightness that stays with you beyond the mat.
