In her classes you will experience a variety of energy flow, strengthening, grounding and centring of your body and push it to new limits together with her motivating and humorous way. Nadine's individual training gives each member enough freedom to find and improve their level and thus achieve a new body awareness. The focus in the classes is on connecting body and mind through movement with precision and breathing.
