Adriana is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and practitioner as well as a longtime dancer. She has experienced tremendous mental and physical healing through her yoga practice, which is why passing on this practice is a matter close to her heart. In her classes, she places great emphasis on exploring one's own expression and approach(es) and wants to steer away from a "right" or "wrong" way of thinking.
